The Whole Life Cycle Carbon Emissions Accounting Of Synthetic Natural Gas

Chinese persistent haze phenomena make the environment become one of the most concerned problems in the country,Chinese coal-based energy consumption structure caused serious environmental pollution,synthetic natural gas as a conventional natural gas and liquefied natural gas supplement,the industry has been faster development.However,the environmental protection and economic development of synthetic natural gas industry are controversial.At present,there is no system of synthetic natural gas emission accounting model in China,it is important to study synthetic natural gas carbon emission.Based on the concept and technology of SNG,carbon accounting theory and research on the basis of life cycle assessment theory,a systematic synthetic natural gas development policy of synthetic natural gas project development situation at home and abroad,analyze the whole life cycle of synthetic natural gas in our country.Based on the material balance method and emission factor method to construct the lifecycle carbon emissions calculation model of synthetic natural gas,respectively for each life cycle stage process in carbon emissions accounting,and with KQ synthetic natural gas project as an example in carbon accounting,analysis and judgement the lifecycle carbon emissions and the main source of carbon emissions and to output the same heat as a benchmark,the lifecycle carbon emissions of traditional coal heating path for accounting,analysis and comparison of synthetic natural gas and coal heating two paths of carbon emissions.Suggestions are put forward accordingly.
