With the city become more and more large-scale and intensive,urban organic waste production is increasing year by year;at the same time,the rapid development of animal husbandry makes all kinds of farms continue to scale,intensive,environmental protection,treatment capacity of livestock and poultry manure is also increasing.These organic wastes will bring a lot of environmental problems and social problems,so the research of organic waste disposal is of great significance.At present,the harmless treatment and resource utilization of organic waste mainly include sanitary landfill and incineration.These methods still have technical and economic problems,even bring new environmental problems,not the ideal direction for the sustainable development of the treatment of organic waste.The composting method has been widely concerned by the society.Traditional composting method has the disadvantages of long composting cycle,large area and the unsatisfactory fermentation effect,so this paper carries out research on the organic waste treatment technology and related equipment,the main contents and results are as follows:(1)Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional composting technology,this paper research and development the high efficiency and environmental protection organic waste treatment process which can be 5-7 days fast to complete the fermentation,with small floor area and can be recycled into and out of the material,and design the key equipment of process—vertical closed fermentation system;(2)To complete the overall design of the key environmental equipment of organic waste treatment process—vertical closed fermentation system.Finish the establishment of agitator resistance mathematical model and theory calculation of agitator resistance moment.According to the calculation results to complete the design of mechanical system;finish the theoretical arithmetic of the fan air volume and pressure of ventilation system,fan type selection,control mode selection;finish the development of charge system,discharge system and the intelligent electrical control system;using three-dimensional modeling software CREO to establish the model of environmental protection fermentation system,complete equipment designand development;(3)Research the key performance of the environmental fermentation system.Environmental protection fermentation equipment geometric model is established,using EDEM to complete the blender mixing torque simulation calculation,it is proved consistent with the results of theoretical calculation;the mixing mechanism is used to study the mixing process of fermentation bacteria in the cylinder,the contact number evaluation method and hybrid index evaluation method is adopted for the mixing blend uniformity analysis,the results showed that the material has met the requirements of the mixing process;(4)To complete the production,installation,commissioning of the vertical closed fermentation equipment test prototype,and to carry out composting tests through dairy manure.The results show that the system can work normally;after 7days of composting and fermentation,the organic waste material in the fermentation system becomes decomposed organic fertilizer,color rendering is yellow-brown,the humidity meets the requirements of national standard and is non-toxic to seed.
