Project planning is a bridge linking project and project management,and also a key factor for the success of the project.Project planning has a profound impact on project decision and project management.China is a big country of tobacco.Tobacco tax has an important influence on the national economy.The tobacco industry has maintained rapid development for many years.It has made important contributions to national financial accumulation and economic and social development.In 2015,the development of the tobacco industry entered the turning point,and the production,sales and profit of the industry declined.Under this environment,the tobacco company,founded in the XX in November 2015,was in urgent need of marketing activities to expand the market and nurture brands because of the weakness of the base Market and basic brand.In this paper,the precision marketing project of XX China tobacco company base market is designed as the research object.The project management,planning theory and analysis methods are used to study the planning improvement of the precision marketing project in the early planning,strategic direction selection,marketing strategy planning,brand planning and so on,and raise the quality of the planning.This paper first puts forward the background and significance of the research,outlines the relevant theories,determines the research content,research ideas and technical lines;secondly,introduces the theoretical basis of this article,and third is a brief introduction to the basic situation of the XX tobacco and precision marketing projects,and the project management plan,the project decomposition structure and the item from the project setting background.Project schedule plan;fourth is to carry out project planning analysis and structure decomposition,put forward the idea of application of project planning analysis method,and the application of main analytical methods in the project,including the application and conclusion of structural analysis method in the early planning,and the application and conclusion of environmental analysis method in strategic direction planning.The application and conclusion of the analysis method in the marketing strategy planning,the application and conclusion of the marketing mix strategy in the brand planning.This study provides a feasible path for the application and improvement of the XX project management and project planning analysis method in each link,and has a higher theoretical research reference value and practical application prospects for the practicalapplication of project management and project planning in the tobacco industry.
