As an important energy resource in China,coal plays an important role in China's economic development.Continue to fully develop China's rich coal resources and promote the clean utilization of coal,especially coal-based oil and gas,which is to optimize the energy consumption structure,improve oil and gas safety and even energy Strategic choice of safety level.Studying YT's D product R & D project management will also have a huge impact on the overall development of the coal-to-oil industry.In order to ensure the efficient and smoot h completion of the YT company's D product R & D project according to the expected goals,optimize YT company's R & D project management,this article defines the project and project management,project progress management,project cost management,and project quality by combing and summarizing relevant domestic and foreign literature.Management,combined with R & D project management theory and project control life cycle theory,used literature research,investigation and evidence collection,case analysis and other methods to analyze the YT company D product development project management system.Based on the analysis of the current project management status of YT's D product research and development,the YT company's problems in the three aspects of project schedule management,project cost management,and project quality management are analyzed.These issues include: unscientific schedule planning,confusing schedule management,schedule control mechanism not established,weak cost budget awareness,imperfect cost management system,weak quality management awareness,imperfect quality management control plan,and quality supervision mechanism not established.According to the current status of YT's D product R & D project management,the problems of project management and the causes of the problems,YT's D product R & D project management optimization was targeted from three aspects: project progress management,project cost management,and project quality management.Countermeasures,these optimization st rategies mainly include: strengthen the overall progress control of R & D projects,formulate a complete project plan,improve the project schedule management process,establish a project schedule control system,and effectively monitor the implementation details of the plan during the actual implementation of the plan,and And design an emergency implementation plan to avoid accidents in the actual R & D process;strengthen cost management,mainly from strengthening the cost budget awareness of all employees of the company,and improve the cost management system;the introduction of quality management tools throughout the R & D project management process to strengthen quality management Awareness,improve the quality control plan and establish a quality supervision mechanism.The main research conclusions drawn are: during the development of YT's D products,strict project schedule management and control of the progress of each link;the cost department takes the budgeted basic cost as the center and compreh ensively monitors the cost of the production line;Only by implementing comprehensive quality management and strict quality control during the R & D process can the YT company's D product development project proceed smoothly.When YT company implements the specific project management process,it must also consider the influencing factors of project schedule management,project cost management and project quality management,as well as possible problems.When optimizing project management,a targeted plan is formulated,To ensure that the product development of YT company D is completed better and faster under the actual constraints faced.
