As one of the important parts of intelligent manufacturing,selective laser melting is getting more and more attention.Its manufacturing flexibility is higher than conventional mechanical processing and it can be free from the restriction of mold and fixture,thus the product development cycle can be shortened greatly.However,limited by the scope of the laser scanning,the SLM technology,which with single laser,has been confined by its molding scope and efficiency.Therefore,in order to improve the application scope of SLM devices,dual laser have been adopted by SLM devices at home and abroad.As the path planning technology,which is an important parts of SDLM technology,has a direct impact on the final molding quality of SDLM molded parts,reasonable path planning techniques are essential to improve the forming quality and efficiency of SDLM equipment.Based on SDLM path planning,this paper analysis the traditional scanning filling method which affects the quality and efficiency of SLM technology,then a uniform bias scanning filling algorithm is proposed and implemented by modularly.Concave-convex decomposition algorithm,variable pitch offset scanning filling algorithm,and internal and external contour division algorithm based on the recent principle of vertex,Firstly,the traditional concave-convex decomposition algorithm is optimized to obtain the optimal result of concave polygon.Secondly,the convex polygon obtained after the concave polygon dissection is filled by the variable offset scanning filling algorithm proposed in this paper.Finally,the multi-connected region is divided by the internal-external contour partitioning algorithm based on the recent principle of vertex,through this algorithm a uniform offset scanning filling path is generated.According to the working principle of SDLM equipment,the scanning area of the two lasers is partitioned.On the basis of the laser splicing technology and the application scenarios of SDLM forming parts,two methods of splicing regional path planning algorithm,which is based on interlayer cross-scan are proposed.In order to verify the algorithm presented in this paper,the CLI file reading and segmentation software was developed,which can divide the CLI layer files.The optimal process parameters and the splicing width parameters of the splicing area are obtained through the experiment,and the SDLM path planning algorithm proposed in this paper is verified by experiments,and the results are feasible and effective.
