The western oilfield is a typical CO2-containing condensate gas field with high output,high temperature,high pressure and high flow velocity.With the running of gathering pipeline,there happened.many serious corrosion phenomena.As a kind of new type,low toxicity and high efficiency water-soluble corrosion inhibitor,imidazoline inhibitor can effectively restrain the CO2 corrosion of metal,however,corrosion inhibition effect about molecular structure of imidazoline and compound method of inhibitor are still unclear.Firstly,this paper use tetraethylenepentamine,oleic acid and sodium chloroacetate as raw material to synthesis imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt corrosion inhibitor.At the same time,according to orthogonal experiment and single factor cycle experiment,The process parameters of imidazoline intermediate synthesis and quaternization reaction are optimized.the corrosion weightlessness experiment and quantum chemical calculation method to study the relationship between alkyl chain length and number of amino ethylene of imidazoline intermediate and its corrosion inhibition.Secondly,combining with the characteristics of the oil and gas corrosion,different surfactants,synergist and imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt corrosion inhibitor are compounded to determine the best proportion,so as to achieve the aim of improving the inhibition efficiency.When imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt content is 50%,dodecyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether content is 10%,thiourea content is 7%,with ethanol solvent compound,inhibition efficiency is the best.The mixed corrosion inhibitor are mainly composed of inhibition anodic polarization,which meets Langmiur isothermal adsorption equation,and can play a better corrosion inhibition effect under different working conditions.Finally,According to the field investigation of gathering pipeline,this papersummarizy the process of cleaning and pre-filming about gathering pipeline,confirmthe filling process and filling points,calculate thethe continuous filling amount,select the position and monitoring method of corrosion detection.
