| With the development of LNG-powered Ships,the construction of LNG-filling barge becomes urgenter.The research of LNG-filling barge’s distribution and safety precautions has been urgent priority.At present,there aren’t unified relevant norms about ship-collision monitoring around LNG-filling barge at domestic and foreign.This paper proposes a method of the collision monitoring and warning about LNG-filling barge by AIS and CCTV from the angle of security monitoring.The research’s content as follows:1)The AIS and video date were used to catching the ship’s locus around the LNG-filling barge.Paper advanced that using first order difference to denoising the data of AIS and using Kalman filter algorithm to predicting and tracking ship for the problem of the data of detention,updating slowly,data missing and the noise.Firstly,about the Video Surveillance,paper extract the vessel’s edge with Canny operator.Secondly,it captures the vessel’s feature by Frames difference method,and training the classifier.This result indicated that Frames difference method can’t distinguish ship.Then,the background of ship’s image was filtered with three-frame-difference method,and extracting vessel morphology with Canny operator.A few of samples were used to training classifier,which has high-resolution rate,based on rectangle feature of Haar-Like.This paper put forward a method that automatic extracting dynamic region for reducing the detection time with pixel integration feature.then classifier was used to finding the ship and recording the position of ships,which are process by Kalman Filter algorithm.The data of video and AIS was merged by Kalman Filter.2)It established the calculating model of ship collision risk and LNG-fire risk.Based on the social and individual risk of LNG-filling barge,this paper analyzed the warning-range.KUNZI model was using to calculating collision probability,about the current condition of the ship,and set up the warning-range based on collision risk acceptability.Solid flame model was using to calculating pool fire probability,and set up the warning-range based on fire risk acceptability.Finally,one of the two warning-range,which was maximum value,was defined as warning-range of LNG-filling barge about the current condition of the ship.3)According to the warning-range of LNG-filling barge and the track data of ship by AIS and video,paper analyzed the risk of ship collision by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation with some factor,such as the ship distance,the ship orientation,the yaw angle and the collision angle. |
