In china,many oil fields have entered a period of super high water cut which water content of more than 85%.If they use the traditional heating process will cause a great waste of resourse,so the major oil fields have been implemented without heating and gathering and transportation process.However,in the process of non-heating gathering and transportation,it is very easy to happen the phenomenon of oil deposition in the internal wall which is not conducive to pipeline gathering and transportation.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out research on the deposition characteristics of crude oil under super high water cut.In order to better simulate the field conditions without heating the gathering and transportation process,we study and develop a set of depositional device for oil-water two-phase flow with super high water.After the calculation of the basic parameters,the organic glass tube water bath experimental section is designed,and then the experimental power equipment and measurement equipment are selected.Based on the principle of jet mixer,the oil and water mixing device is designed to ensure that the flow state of the oil and water after mixing is actually similar to that in the field.In order to ensure the effective separation of free water and crude oil during the experiment,the size of the separator is calculated on the basis of the free water separator,and the separator experiments is designed to meet functional requirements.At the same time data acquisition system and circuit control system are designed to solve the problems of data acquisition and experimental control.After the completion of construction and commissioning of the experimental device,a set of anti-blocking pressure device is designed to solve the problem of blocking in pressure tube.and the data acquisition system and circuit control system are improved to solve the problem of signal interference.Finally,the deposition experiment of super-high water oil-water two-phase flow is carried out,the experimental program and experimental attention to the experiment are summarized and the preliminary study of the deposition process of crude oil is done.
