Shanshan-Lanzhou crude oil pipeline has the characteristic of multi-transmission points,multi-injection points,many types of oil,transportation at constant temperature and the first-station heating.Therefore,there are a variety of operating methods in this pipeline.In this paper,the optimization of the multiple operation modes of the pipeline is carried out.It summarized thirty-four kinds of operation modes into four categories.According to the actual working conditions,the SPS software is used to model,and the mixed control method of pressure control and flow control is used for steady state regulation.This pipeline was analyzed the steady-state calculation of the mixed oil and the Turpan-Hami crude oil in winter and summer respectively,and the pipeline operating parameters of the normal working condition were obtained.All the operating modes through the steady state calculation,can get the working pressure range in normal working conditions,and the station pressure control parameters valves.Based on the steady state model of each operation mode,the transient calculation and analysis are carried out to analyze the pressure change and relieving capacity in each accident condition.Since there's a lot of running modes under normal condition,many sets of protection procedures in accordance with the location of the accident to merge.According to different accident conditions to prepare water hammer advance protection procedures and take different pressure protection and other measures.The conclusion is to give priority to the use of water hummer pre-protection to deal with the accident conditions.The above conclusions provide a reference for the drafting of the future design clause and steady operation of the pipeline.
