Nowadays,due to the rapid economic development,the demand for energy in the Society is increasing.It is urgent to improve the efficiency of energy transportation,reduce the cost of transportation and ensure the safety of transportation.Pipeline transportation has the advantages of stable operation,low cost,small occupation area,sustainable operation and high economic benefits.The proportion of pipeline transportation in contemporary production has increased greatly.Pipeline transportation under the control of SC ADA(Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition)system is becoming more and more mature.It is outstanding in improving the safe operation of pipeline transportation.The SCADA system of heavy crude oil pipeline designed in this paper is based on the "Yantai Port West Port to Zibo Heavy Liquid Chemical Raw Material Pipeline Project".And the transportation technology of heavy liquid chemical raw materials at home and abroad is analyzed.Firstly,according to the hydraulic system characteristics of long-distance liquid pipeline,the physical parameters are calculated to determine the optimal pipeline design scheme.Secondly,analyze the water hammer overpressure that may occur in the project and formulate water hammer protection measures.This design adopts Siemens PLC as the core,with standard database system.The distributed oil pipeline control system based on SIMATIC PCS7 is designed to form a long-distance heavy crude oil pipeline SC ADA system with universal application.In view of the characteristics of crude oil pipeline crude oil pressure in long-distance pipelines,the PID control algorithm is adopted.The control center cooperates with the running status of the upper and lower stations to send control commands to the station control.This ensures the entire process requirements while ensuring the safe operation of the pi peline.Firstly,based on the application status of SCADA system in long-distance pipeline industry,this paper illustrates the functional requirements of the SC AD A system and the overall structure of long-distance pipeline transportation system.Secondly,the functions of the SCADA system and the design of the system emergency stop(ESD)program are described in detail from hardware and software.The long-distance pipeline has extremely high safety requirements.In view of the possible situations,the safety system has been designed with water hammer advanced protection design,emergency parking scheme design and system redundancy design.The actual application shows that the SCADA system designed according to this plan has complete functions.The simulation results of the pressure and temperature control loop show that the scheme can meet the control requirements in the actual production process.The scheme can better realize the optimal control of the control object and operate safely in the production,which has practical and feasible significance.
