| With the increase in traffic construction and investment,road asphalt has great demand.The paper relies on the vacuum residue of Yunnan petrochemical,adding a set of road asphalt production equipment(50×10~4 t/a)to reduce the vacuum residue feed and avoid the production of the large amount of petroleum coke which is low cost and difficult to use,it can produce asphalt roads to meet the requirements.The exhaust gas treatment process is add to deal with harmful exhaust gas.In the basis of experimental analysis and engineering design,the paper makes a research on the target product,asphalt production methods and exhaust gas treatment methods,calculates the main technological parameters of equipments of raw material heating furnace,asphalt oxidation tower and incinerator,and analyses the absorption efficiency of exhaust gas by HYSYS simulation.Based on the production standard of road asphalt,the paper analyses the climatic characteristics of southwest China,70 or 90 asphalt is identified as the target product.Through the experimental analysis,it can be concluded that Saudi Arabian medium crude oil and Kuwaiti crude oil can produce asphalt while the Saudi Arabian light crude oil has some difficulty.The further feasibility study of producing asphalt by mixed oil proves that mixed oil can be used to produce asphalt.Through the research on the performance indicators of asphalt produced by solvent deasphalting and oxidation,it can be obtained that the target product could be produced by the oxidation method.Process route is determined by the oxidized asphalt production process design,it is that the vacuum residue is heated to 230℃,sent to the asphalt oxidation tower and react with air.Main conclusions of the process calculation of heating furnace and asphalt oxidation tower are as follows:the heat load is 5 MW,the fuel oil consumption is703kg/h,the flue gas flow is 1.72×10~4 kg/h,the tower height is 21m,the air flow is1400 kg,the spray water injection is 170 kg/h,the number of air distribution tube is 78.The oxidized process experiment analyses the effect on the performance indicators in different oxidation temperature,oxidation time,oxidation quantity.Through the research on the oxidized asphalt exhaust gas treatment methods of absorption-incineration,absorption-catalytic oxidation,absorption-photooxidation,it can be obtained that the absorption-incineration method is the best choice.Through the study by HYSYS process simulate of the absorption efficiency in different absorbent flow rate,tray number and absorber temperature into the tower,the optimal values of three factors can be obtained.The benzopyrene is sent into incinerator which temperature is 700℃.Main conclusions of the process calculation of incinerator are as follows:the furnace volume is 7.25m~3,the flue gas emissions is 1.13×10~4 kg/h. |
