Solvent deasphalting technology is an important kind of heavy oil processing technology.The economic benefit of solvent deasphalting technology is restricted by application of deoiling asphalt(DOA).In this paper,vacuum residuum of Liaohe heavy oil is the raw material of solvent deasphalting experiment.The feasibility to blend the road asphalt by DOA of Liaohe heavy oil was explored.The solvent of solvent deasphalting experiment was butane.Agent oil ratio was 4:1,and extraction pressure was 4 MPa.By adjusting extraction temperature from 110 ? to 135 ?,DOA products with different softening point from 100 ? to 130 ? were got.DOA with 100 ? softening point was used as the hard component to blend the road asphalt.Through screening,the vacuum residue is the appropriate soft component to blend the road asphalt with DOA with 100 ? softening point.The 90#,70#,50# mixed asphalt products were got when the proportions of DOA with 100 ? softening point are 12.1 m%,17.0 m% and 25.0 m% respectively.The 90# asphalt and 70# asphalt blended could meet the standard of Road Asphalt Technical Requirements(JTG F40-2004),and the 50# asphalt could conform to the provisions of Petroleum Asphalts for Heavy Traffic Road Pavement(GB/T 15180-2000).According to some rules found in the experiments,this paper presents some methods to guide asphalt blending,including the linear estimation of softening point,equivalent estimation of penetration,the linear regression of penetration,and experiments verify the feasibility of the guidelines.Asphalt ductility is an important indicator which can react road asphalt performance at low temperature.But there is no method to predict ductility of mixed asphalt.In this paper,artificial neural network was used to predict asphalt ductility,validation experiments achieved better results.
