In view of the impact of occupational hazards on the health of workers,a data analysis algorithm is applied to evaluate the daily working environment of a hydropower station staff. The experimental process is carried out under standby and power generation conditions. The TOPSIS method was used to sort out the environmental hazards in different regions, and the correspondence and comprehensive weights were determined by correspondence analysis. The results show that the degree of environmental damage in each area of power generation conditions is significantly higher than that of standby conditions,in which the power frequency magnetic field in the main transformer area, the power frequency electric field in the GIS layer, and the noise level of the hydraulic turbine are more serious.According to the distribution law of harmful factors obtained by the evaluation results, scientific and reasonable protection measures can be reinforced to reduce the harm to the staff, and their security is guaranteed.Aiming at the impact of occupational hazard factors “noise” of hydropower stations on the physical health of the workers,a detailed and comprehensive analysis the noise intensity of the four main working areas of the hydropower station was made.Under the condition of generating electricity, noise detection is performed on the main working areas of the operator, and the noise samples from different regions are processed by a single factor analysis of variance. The results show that the noise intensity in different work areas is significantly different,in which the noise intensity distribution of the busbar layer is the most uniform;the noise intensity of the generator layer and the main transformer area is similar;the overall noise intensity of the turbine is highest, exceeding the national standard,so it is necessary to strengthen protective measures. The noise intensity of the remaining three regions is within the normal range set by the state, and there is no need to strengthen protective measures.
