Pipeline transportation is the main way to transport oil and natural gas,but dense track transportation network and power network create a lot of stray current which causes severe corrosion on the buried pipelines.Pipeline corrosion perforation not only pollutes the environment,but also causes great economic loss and endangers lives.Taking protective actions based on timely and accurate detection of stray current on oil and gas pipelines is meaningful to the safety of pipelines.Traditional artificial periodical inspection faces the unavoidable problems that it can't collect off potential and it has low efficiency when it comes to disperse long-distance pipelines.The design of an unattended,high-precision,automatic acquisition of the relevant parameters of stray current acquisition system has become an urgent requirement in the field of oil and gas pipeline protection.Based on the systematic research on the causes and test principles of stray current,analyze the function needs and technical indicators of the company in details and use OFF potential of coupon to acquire OFF potential automatically.The stray current acquisition system consists of a stray current acquisition instrument and a remote management platform.The stray current acquisition instrument can acquire data automatically and transmit these information to the remote management platform through wireless network.Users can check the status of pipelines in time and control the stray current acquisition instrument through the remote management platform.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)According to the national standards of stray current test,a stray current acquisition instrument with low power consumption,automatic data acquisition and remote communication is designed.The signal conditioning and acquisition module is analyzed emphatically,and the signal acquisition circuit with high input impedance,low temperature drift and high precision is realized.At the same time,the gain control module is designed for a wide range of AC voltage to achieve multi-range automatic switching and further improve data accuracy.(2)In order to solve the problem of low manual input efficiency,the remote management platform is designed by B/S structure.A perfect remote communication protocol of stray current acquisition instrument is made to realize the functions such as data uploading and storage,remote control of equipments,WebGIS map browsing and data report generation.The remote management platform can support the data uploading of multiple acquisition devices at the same time,which greatly improves the management efficiency and digitization level in pipeline monitoring,and provides data support for the future application of large data in pipeline(3)The overall performance of the system has been tested in detail,including stray current acquisition accuracy,system power consumption,data remote communication,platform management and other aspects.A large number of tests show that the performance of the stray current acquisition system all meet the national standards and the actual needs of enterprises.At present,more than 200 sets of the system has been installed in several places such as Xinjiang and put into use,and the effect is good.
