As the national economy continue to develop rapidly in recent years, crossover and parallelism between buried long-distance oil and gas pipelines and electrified railways,AC and DC transmission and distribution systems, and pipelines using cathode protection systems have become more frequent. All of the above may cause the buried long-distance oil and gas pipelines to be disturbed by stray current. In the presence of interference, the cathodic protection system of the pipeline will be affected, which will increase the possibility of the pipelines' failure due to stray current corrosion, and bring great hidden danger to the safe operation of the pipeline system. Therefore, research on the impact of stray current on buried pipelines is of great significance for reducing pipeline failure and ensuring safe operation of pipelines.Based on the corrosion mechanism of stray current, through research on the stary current corrosion at home and abroad,we have learned about the practice of stray current corrosion and protection at home and abroad.Combined with fault tree theory and fuzzy analysis theory, this paper analyzes the factors that affect the safe operation of pipelines, through theoretical calculations,we evaluated each risk factor;combined the theory of pipeline integrity management,it makes a comprehensive test of the pipeline in this study, the PCMis used to detect and evaluate the pipeline anti-corrosion layer;through the SCM detection method,we focuses on the detection and judgment of stray current;finally, combined with engineering practice, this paper puts forward a specific drainage scheme, and applies it to engineering practice, effectively improving the running life of the tested pipeline and ensuring the safety of the pipeline,it ie of great significance to the management of pipeline integrity.
