With the rapid development of science and technology and the energy-savingtechnology in injection molding machine platform, it promots the upgrading of themolding machine system. In order to reduce the cost of production to meet the demand ofmodern industrial production, injection molding machine must have a good energy-savingtechnologies to meet the current energy conservation. With the continuous upgrading ofthe system of the injection molding machine, injection molding machine energy savingtechnology system has been developed rapidly and the development of these energysaving technology is mainly focused on the injection molding machine, and the key is thepower improvement technology of drives. Compared with the low cost of energy-savinginjection molding machine, when producting plastic products by the old-fashionedinjection molding machine,the cost is too high. Thus, in order to promot the energyconservation to reduce production costs environment, high-energy viability old-fashionedmolding machine is too expensive to use. In this study, aiming to make the injectionmolding machine system to achieve energy saving effect, a new control method andcontrol algorithms is proposed and the system is added a new control method and controlalgorithms in the energy system of electro-hydraulic injection molding machine systems.The saving performance indicators is studied based on the research. The reaserch resultsshow that injection molding machine system algorithm has better energy savingperformance by adding a new energy-saving.The old system of injection molding machines is as the experimental transformationplatform in this paper. And the Delta servo as the core of the system is added to improvethe old system of energy-saving injection molding machine,in which the old power unitsthe valve are replaced and the constant pump is replaced.Based on the operatingcharacteristics and energy-saving injection molding machine control system, the optimalcontrol algorithm is applied to energy-saving injection molding machine electro-hydrauliccontrol system in this paper. The work method of saving injection molding machineservo motor drive system is a hydraulic pump unit which provids power for energy-savinginjection molding machine systems. And, therefore, a single-channel electro-hydrauliccontrol system mathematical model of the state space is established and the optimalcontrol algorithm is used. Then, the simulation of optimal control algorithm for addingenergy-saving injection electro-hydraulic control system is conducted in MATLAB. Thesimulation for system stability and dynamic performance and response trackingexperiment is carried out in this paper. According to the simulation results, compared withthe PID algorithm, electro-hydraulic control system with optimal control algorithm foroptimal control algorithm has good dynamic response and better adaptability.
