Nowadays people focus on the food additives more and more, since the food additives relate to our daily life and health intensively,we can not ignore the Food Safety. The food additives industry grows with the food industry grows fast. The food additives which is called the core of the food industry has great significance. Not only the food additives can improve the color, aroma and taste of original food, but also can develop the ability of anticorrosive preservation of the original food, extend the expiration date, and meet the demand of the food's processing technic. The food quality depends on the quality of food additives, and the contaminate food additives could result in the issues of food safety, for example, the heavy metal in the food additives could migrate to the food which people consume everyday, finally the contaminate food will mirgrate to our body and will be harmful for our health. Therefore it is important to find a quick and high-efficient determining method and quantifying method of heavy metal in the food additives. The paper prepare to classify the different kinds of food additives by physical and chemical property in 4 kinds. Each kind choose typical sample which is used for research subject.Through experiments, each kind of sample has the most proper digestion and determination method. The results show that the linearity range 0.5ng/mL between100ng/mL and is good, and the detection limit is 0.0001~0.02 mg/kg.The correlation coefficient of the linear equation reached to 0.999.The recovery is between 90%~110%.The relative standard deviation of the method is 1.4%~6.9%.The method is practicable, complementary, efficient, simple, accurate, compared with the existing standard method. The method is applied for determining heavy metal elements of large amounts and complex matrix food additives.
