The 1,2,4-Triazole?hydrazone and quinoxaline derivatives have been used to develop green pesticides due to their unique biological activities.Some novel series of hydrazones and triazoles were designed containing quinoxaline moiety.Totally 102 novel target compounds were synthesized.Their structures were confirmed by ~1H NMR,MS and HRMS.The biological activities of these compounds were evaluated.The main contents are listed as follows:1.DHQXL were synthesized from 4-substitued-benzene-1,2-diami nes and MBF as the starting materials,then chlorinated,hydrazined to afford 3-hydrazinyl-6-substitued-2-phenylquinoxalines.Two series of quinoxaline derivatives including 39 quinoxaline hydrazones and63 quinoxaline triazoles were synthesized from 3-hydrazinyl-6-subst itued-2-phenylquinoxalines with aldehydes and acids.2.The antifungal activities results showed that A3?A4?A5?A6?A8 have activity against CaGoff?Cf63?Cg162,and these compounds have especially activity on Cg162.However,B15?D2?D3?D4 have good activities against these 3 kinds of test targets in microtiter conditions.
