Environment protection and resource allocation has been a hot topic in social each profession.Due to the development of garment sector and the popularity of fast fashion brand,companies have been experiencing high volume of inventory.It has been an issue for both garment companies and consumers to deal with out of dated,unsold inventory and old cloth.This work analysis the new methodology re-design of ultrasound waves alkali-oxygen environmental fabric.The primary test object were pure cotton,observation made on the decolorize processes under different environment,including the usage of Hydrogen peroxide,testing temperature,testing period.Several common denim materials were selected,de-colored with the methodology of ultrasound waves alkali-oxygen,under different usage of Hydrogen peroxide,testing temperature,testing period.The color of the fastened parts showed no change,however,the color for the ones that were not fastened had faded.In addition,the degrees of color changed were affected by the changes of hydrogen peroxide usage,testing temperature,and testing period.This has provided the practical evidence for disposing unwanted inventories.This work analysis the methodology of ultrasound waves alkali-oxygen in dealing with old cloth of consumers and corporate inventories,different result were found under different testing environment.Different designing approaches were employed,including dyeing,attaching,re-design,it brings new look to old unwanted cloth and inventories with new color,pattern etc.It provided new insights to design and research direction for future studies.The biggest advantage of this research of ultrasound waves alkali-oxygen method is that it does not require any dye,there is no harmful residue left on cloth,which cause no harm to human health and environment.Consider the cost benefit of the consumption of industrial material and benefit to environment,the usage of hydrogen peroxide were limited,and the by-product are mainly oxygen and water.At the time that decolorization shows good quality,ultrasound and perhydrol both have the impact of killing bacteria,which provide assurance to getting rid of out of dated,unsold inventory and old cloth.
