In recent years,more and more people like sweaters with unique warmth and comfort.But the biggest problem is the pollution of environmental during dyeing process.Relative to all kinds of green technology,supercritical carbon dioxide dyeing has great environmental superiority.This paper focus on the dyeing of sweater with supercritical CO2 in order to break through the difficulties in dyeing technology on wool and lay a certain foundation.This paper taking wool fabric as the experimental object,analyzed the impact of entrainer in the process of supercritical fluid dyeing by two groups of contrast experiment with entrainer and without entrainer.Then the influence of dyed fabric properties such as the value of K/S,color difference and breaking strength were discussed by single factor experiments.The results showed the optimal conditions of dyeing were 80-100? of dyeing temperature,40-60 min of dyeing time and 22-24 Mpa of dyeing pressure.Under the condition the dyed wool fabrics fastness can reach level 4-5 and levelness can achieve grade 4.In order to improve the dyeing effect of wool fabrics in supercritical CO2,this paper using reactive disperse blue R to dye wool fabrics in supercritical CO2.According to experimental principles,factors that affecting dyeing process was optimized,the optimal process of dyeing was:dyeing pressure 20.03 Mpa,amount of entrainer 15.34%,dyeing time 40.07 min and dyeing temperature 80.02?.Through the dyeing permeability and infrared spectrum analysis on wool fabrics,the mechanism of action that reactive disperse blue R dyed wool fabric was further elaborated.It also showed that reactive disperse blue R could be fixed on wool fiber via supercritical carbon dioxide and as a binding mode of covalent bond.Both the rubbing fastness and the washing fastness of dyed wool fabrics reached 4?5 levels.In order to solve the problem of design decorative pattern of wool in the supercritical CO2 dyeing,this paper selected the reactive disperse dyes to dye wool into art with traditional art dyeing.Choose not easy on dyeing of the hemp rope in supercritical carbon dioxide as a strapping tools,in wool unlined upper garment of different positions,lashing out different shapes,to verify the wool into unlined upper garment of supercritical CO2 dyeing art is feasible,this work made a foundation for supercritical carbon dioxide dyeing of wool.
