Supercritical fluid dyeing is a new technology which uses supercritical fluid instead of water as dyeing medium. In this paper, based on existing technology at home and abroad, a set of dynamic supercritical CO2 anhydrous dyeing process will be produced, it overcomes the disadvantages of the conventional methods that result in water resources waste and environmental pollution problems. In the new dyeing process, the dye will be recycling which has not adhered firmly, and carbon dioxide carbon as the dyeing medium can be reused, thus the new dyeing process saves the dye and the water resources, and reduces the pollution of environment. This paper summarizes and analyzes the density, viscosity, heat capacity, thermal conductivity and other thermodynamic of supercritical CO2. simultaneously it has studied the solubility of the disperse dyes in supercritical CO2 and so on. Meanwhile,,it has studied the dye mechanism of fibers in supercritical CO2, taking the polyester fiber as representative fabric textile, and laid a theoretical foundation for the development of supercritical CO2 anhydrous dyeing process.Based on theoretical analysis, this paper researches and develops a set of dynamic supercritical CO2 anhydrous dyeing process, the process includes CO2 chamber unit, pressure and heat unit, circulation dyeing unit, separation and recycling unit, which are relatively independent. According to technological process, steps and parameters, flow diagrams and equipment design drawing flow chart has been determined, and then design or select the device. With establishing and simulateing the fluid model of autoclave and the spindles using porous media model in Fluent software, we observe the distribution of the flow field, and avoid short circuit, optimize the structure of autoclave.
