The treatment for PM2.5 particle matter has been paid more and more attention around the world for its small size,strong adsorption ability,great effect on air condition and difficulty to be trapped.Statistics show that industrial emissions are the major source of fine particulate matter,therefore,based on the inorganic membrane separation technology,making use of the characteristics of inorganic ceramic membrane:endure temperature,corrosion resistance,high separation efficiency and ease of regeneration cleaning,it has great significance of leading the inorganic membrane separation technology into gas-solid separation field of environmental protection at the high temperature,developing with independent intellectual property rights and applicable to coal-fired power plant boilers,industrial boilers,building materials,metallurgy and other industries smoke.The paper focused on the development and application of fine particulate matter trapping device to carry out the following work:1.Membrane fouling control issues are in-depth study in the laboratory experimental platform.Optimized and determined the regeneration conditions of SiC coating Al2O3 and SiC tube;Making use of ultrasound and chemical cleaning,the cleaning effect are compared,described the two inorganic ceramic membrane fouling mechanism from the macro and micro level,putted forward recommendations at the same time.2.Improve and optimize the design of fine particulate matter trap device suitable for the actual working conditions.The inorganic ceramic membrane tubes are located in a equilateral triangle,greatly improving the packing density of the tubes;taking 48inorganic ceramic membrane tubes integrally mounted and sealing connections,it resulted the purpose of installation and removal easily;and introducing the acoustic cleaners,in order to achieve the better control of membrane fouling.3.For the actual working conditions,optimized the capture devices and builded a complete device.The condition is the 4t/h fired boiler flue gas:about 8000m3/h.The capture equipment is a total of 96 inorganic ceramic membrane tubes,induced draft fan,air compressor,drying device for compressed air,exhaust discharging device and automatic control system,and completed the installation and commissioning of the equipment.On the basis of the research to inorganic ceramic membrane filter for many years,optimized and determined the membrane fouling control parameters,designed and builted the of the fine particle trapping equipment and completed its testing at actual conditions,lying a good foundation for the next industrial application.
