Waste leachate treatment is an important part of the waste incineration plant,which can not be ignored.The treatment effect will affect the economic benefits of the whole incineration plant.Appropriate technological process and equipment contribute to the environmental protection and energy saving.Therefore,it is of vital significance to optimize and improve the existing waste leachate treatment process and revamp the key equipment.Simulation process for waste leachate treatment of a certain waste incineration plant was established with Aspen Plus software.The simulation was credible,as the difference between process simulation results and the actual values were within 5%.Based on those results,the pinch technology was used to analyse the energy cost influence of different effects on multi-effect evaporation-ammonia distillation,and the optimized process was presented.Compared to the original process,the heating steam and cooling water consumption of the optimized evaporation-ammonia distillation process were decreased by 10.79% and 18.84% respectively.Futhermore,MVR evaporation-ammonia distillation process based on mechanical vapor recompression technology was proposed in this paper,which used for waste leachate treatment.And by using pinch technology theory to guide the heat pump distillation,the energy-efficient MVR evaporation-ammonia distillation with heat pump was presented.Compared to the original process and the optimized process,the annual total operation cost of this process were saved by 41.39% and 33.56% respectively,and the total annual equivalent standard coal consumption of this process were saved by more than 47.61% and 41.28% respectively.In order to solve the problem that the tray of ammonia distillation column was easily plugged,three types of fixed valve tray were developed,named elongated fixed valve-?tray,elongated fixed valve-?tray and elongated fixed valve-? tray.And in the experiments,the hydrodynamic performances(pressure drop,entrainment and liquid flow total head)of those trays were studied with an air-water system in an organic glass column with 600 mm diameter.The experimental results show that elongated fixed valve-? tray has the characteristics of higher dry pressure drop,lower wet pressure drop,little entrainment,more uniform liquid flow and better anti-plugging performance.Its entrainment is less than by 15%~40% those of elongated fixed valve-?tray and elongated fixed valve-?tray.
