In the growing scarcity of fossil energy,environmental pollution is worsening,number of vehicles growing volume of today and looking for a way can not only solve the problems of environment and energy shortage,and does not affect the car ownership growth has become a topic of hot debate of the scholars.According to a certain proportion of ethanol gasoline,the bio ethanol has a good effect on the environment and energy problem,and has been widely valued and actively promoted.This paper adopts software Isight optimization,and is verified by the experiment and find out the optimum formula of E10W hydrous ethanol gasoline;and through the analysis of EFI gasoline engine inlet fuel film evaporation rate of engine transient air fuel ratio and found to the evaporation of the fuel film for the complete combustion of fuel oil has a critical influence and the car economy,power,emission has a significant impact.So it is necessary for us to do further research on the evaporation characteristics of the fuel.This paper based on thermo-gravimetric analysis method of E10W hydrous ethanol gasoline and gasoline evaporation characteristics are studied,thus obtains the differences in evaporation characteristics and ordinary gasoline different influencing factors of fuel film evaporation characteristics and E10W.The results show that the evaporation rate increases with the increase of heating rate,air velocity,ambient temperature and oil film thickness,while the evaporation rate increases.By contrast E10W hydrous ethanol gasoline and gasoline evaporation characteristics found that under the same test conditions,E10W hydrous ethanol gasoline evaporation end temperature is lower than that of gasoline;higher than gasoline in the low-temperature region E10W hydrous ethanol gasoline evaporation rate,and in the conclusions of the high-temperature region is with low temperature zone instead.E10W hydrous ethanol gasoline evaporation by 10%temperature is smaller,indicating that the hydrous ethanol gasoline for automobile cold starting;E10W hydrous ethanol gasoline 50%evaporation temperature is lower than that of gasoline,suggesting that ethanol gasoline can not only provide better engine acceleration and stability,and,for high ethanol volume fraction of ethanol gasoline,the evaporation and combustion characteristics has more advantages.Compared with gasoline,gas resistance index E10W increased,indicating that the air resistance tendency of hydrous ethanol gasoline has high,prone to air resistance phenomenon in hot summer or high temperature environment.In addition,heating rate increases,the air velocity increases,the oil film thickness decrease,the temperature raise and hydrous ethanol added have contributed to the evaporation of the fuel film,reduce engine transient air fuel ratio,fuel combustion,thereby enabling the engine to under transient conditions has better power,economic,emission.
