Under the background of increasingly nervous petroleum resources,ethanol,as the liquid fuel,began to be widely applied due to its unique advantage since 1970s at home and abroad.For now,ethanol gasoline has been widely used in the United States and Brazil,and the usage of ethanol gasoline accounts for 10%of the total gasoline consumption in china.To explore whether increasing the percentage of ethanol can expand ethanol gasoline to further use.Meanwhile we want to have a bash at whether aqueous ethanol can replace anhydrous ethanol to save huge energy consumption in the process of dehydration.In this paper,to solve those problems,the three tests would be done,including stability test,engine bench test and GT-POWER simulation test.Stability test is in order to pursue the most stable additive formula of the E20W aqueous ethanol gasoline(aqueous ethanol accounted for 20%,V/V,hereinafter referred to as E20W).Which measure the factors of stability is the phase separation temperature for the stable additive formulation.By the basis of the analysis of the factors influencing the stability,phase separation temperature acts as measure factor,and design test by central composite design method.Then matching model,analyzing variance,analyzing interaction factor to find eventually optimal formula for validation,which is HLB value 7.15,5.30 mixing time,cosolvent rate 0.32%,emulsifiers rate 0.61%,mixed emulsifier is made up of SPAN80 +TWEEN80.This formula can be systematically down separated temperature from 10? to about-4?.The solution of stability also helps to solve the problem of water absorption and transportation of ethanol gasoline in the process of storage.Doing the engine bench test is in order to study the power performance,economic performance of the engine of E20W,contrast to E20,E10W and gasoline to evaluate the superiority of E20W.We do this to find out whether it is worth popularization and application.Predict the performance of other proportional ethanol gasoline roughly by analyzing the effect of various components on the engine performance through the test of several kinds of fuel.The analysis results show that the water content of the trace water composition can lead to the increase of the fuel consumption rate,and the effect on the power torque is small;When aqueous ethanol composition keep in low proportion(about 10%),the gasoline fuel consumption rate would be similar,with the rising of the proportion,specific fuel consumption gradually increases.The effect of aqueous ethanol component is found to be insignificant for the power and torque.In summary,relative to gasoline,E10 and E20,the fuel consumption rate of E20W increased significantly,power performance has little change.On the basis of the actual engine bench test,GT-POWER simulation test is to save cost and make up for the inadequacy of the engine bench test conditions.The corresponding virtual physics engine model is set up.After checking the adjustment,establish different proportions of ethanol gasoline fuel reservoir model,and then check the adjustment again,to determine the models available exactly.Simulation the power indicators and economic indicators about a higher proportion of ethanol gasoline fuel consumption,torque and power rate,for a total of 8 kinds.The results found that a higher proportion of ethanol will increase fuel consumption.With the proportion of increase,the trend of the rate of aqueous ethanol gasoline fuel consumption is higher than ethanol gasoline has become increasingly evident;in the case of considering the software error,including ethanol gasoline power torque should be slightly higher than that of gasoline,ethanol proportion makes the gap increases,but generally speaking they are still smaller.At the same time,for the problem of poor fuel economy of E20W,we do the optimization of the engine part of the control parameters of E20W,the optimal parameters of the compression ratio is 12.5,the excess air coefficient is 0.9,the distribution of gas phase has no change.
