In this paper,we introduce polyester/cotton textile fabrics recycling technology research.Take wasted polyester/cotton textile fabrics as object, the purpose is to separate polyester and cotton individually,at the same time,we recycling them.By appropriate chemical method,we dissolved the cotton fiber and remained polyester. After separation,we washed and dried the polyester, and got the main content of cotton fiber--cellulose through suction filter centrifuge. Then mixture cellulose with PVA as spinning solution, using horizontal electrostatic spinning machine to spin the solution and we got nano fiber membrane. After that,we took basic performance testing for the nano fiber membrane. Finally,we discussed the application development of electrostatic spinning fiber membrane at home and abroad. What's more, the unresolved problems were introduced and summarized.Firstly,we washed wasted fabrics with water in order to remove impurities such as oil.Because dyeing property was different to cotton and polyester,we took the measure that separated cotton fiber and polyester fiber for bleaching. We adopted oxygen bleaching to bleach cotton fiber, according to the way we use polyester to decide whether to bleach it.Because cotton fiber crystalline region is much and with high crystallinity,so we took activation treatment before we dissolved the fabric. In sodium hydroxide solution, and ultrasonic treatment way for its activation. The orthogonal experiment method is used to get the best activation process conditions.Based on the solubility data analysis,we found that sodium hydroxide solution was the main effect, the using time of ultrasonic was secondary factor.Under the premise of keep high solubility and mini fiber damage, the activation process for sodium hydroxide concentration was 25%,ultrasonic time was 1 h.Through XRD analysis and electron microscope observation,we found that cotton fiber crystallinity decreased obviously and fiber damage was not big, which was in the acceptable range. We recycled cotton cellulose by chemical dissolving, using [Amim]Cl ion solvent to dissolve the activated bleached fabric.By orthogonal test we found the best process conditions. Finally, the optimum process for dissolving was melting temperature was95?,dissolution time was 5 h,[Amim]Cl mass fraction was 99%,solute and solvent quality ratio was 0.2:3.5.By electron microscopic observation and data analysis we found that after dissolve treatment,95% cotton fibers were dissolved out with no obvious polyester loss. After dissolution,we got cellulose powder through suction filter centrifuge and other ways. Then mixture cellulose with PVA as spinning solution,by adding sodium chloride toincrease the electrical conductivity of the solution.Adopting single factor analysis when spinning, the factors were numerical size of electrostatic voltage(kv),mass ratio of cellulose powder and PVA,numerical size of the solute concentration in the solution(wt%),receiving plate distance /cm,boost pressure size(MPa),the amount of NaCl(g/L).Fiber membrane was observed under scanning electron microscopy,we selected 100 fibers randomly to test their diameters and we got fiber diameter-frequency distribution graph. We found that all those factors had obvious influences on fiber diameter distribution, and fiber diameter distribution within 50-600 nm.The main application of electrostatic spinning were those aspects such as electrode materials, nano electronic devices, sensors, catalysts, biomedical, etc.
