| Recycling the waste cotton-polyester blended fabric is needed to adapt to the times.When using NMMO recycling the waste cotton-polyester blended fabric,because the degree of polymerization of cotton component is high and the crystallinity is big,the solubility of cotton component in NMMO is too low,and the viscosity of cellulose solution is too big.The phenomenon causes it not conductive to producing cellulose membrane and spinning.So how to recycle the waste cotton-polyester blended fabric better is a new topic.Four activation methods,sodium hydroxide,sodium hydroxide and ultrasound,ethylenediamine,ethylenediamine and ultrasonic,were introduced to activate waste cotton-polyester blended fabric.The activation methods can reduce the degree of polymerization of cellulose and the viscosity of cellulose solution to some extent.Based activation methods must minimize the impact on various aspects of polyester and maximize the solubility of cotton cellulose in NMMO,the best method was choosed from four methods to activate cotton component.And the best method is sodium hydroxide and ultrasound activation method.The activation method can reduce the degree of polymerization of cellulose and reduce the viscosity of cellulose solution to some extent,but the viscosity is still large.Adding DMSO in the NMMO solvent,while DMSO expands the cellulose,it can accelerate the dissolution of cellulose in NMMO,at the same time reducing the viscosity of cellulose solution.Firstly study whether NMMO with different amount of DMSO affect the polyester or not,and it was found when DMSO:cellulose = 1:1,we can get the best suitable situation.Then examine the impact of degree of polymerization of cellulose,cellulose mass fraction,antioxidants and DMSO on the rheological properties of cellulose solution factors.Recycling method is producing the cellulose membrane.Examine the factors of the mechanical properties of cellulose membrane(crystallinity,porosity,moisture permeability,swelling,and chemical stability)and how they affect the performance of cellulose membrane.The results show the degree of polymerization of cellulose after activation is lower,and crystallinity,moisture permeability and chemical stability of cellulose membrane are improved;when cellulose mass fraction increases,the mechanical properties,crystallinity and chemical stability of cellulose membrane are improved;when adding antioxidants it is conductive to mechanical properties,chemical stability and crystallinity;when adding DMSO it not only improves the mechanical properties,crystallinity and chemical stability,but also moisture permeability of the membrane.This paper shows that activating waste cotton-polyester blended fabrics and adding DMSO in the NMMO solvent can increase the recovery rate,meanwhile the performances of cellulose membrane have been improved. |
