V.davidii.Foex,which belongs to the east Asian populations of grapes,is one of the main wild grape varieties originated in China,mainly distributed in Guangxi,Jiangxi,Hunan and other provinces.There are rich wild grape resources in Mountain Luoxiao which is in the territory of Gan Zhou city of Jiang Xi province.In this paper,taking 100 kinds of V.davidii.Foex resources from Jiangxi junzi valley vineyards as test objects.The shoots and the leaf shape botany traits of V.davidii.Foex were investigated and analyzed.Three kinds of Phenolics,17 kinds of free phenol and 6 kinds of antioxidant activity of V.davidii.Foex leaves were measured,the ingredients of leaf tea made by tender tip and young leaves from V.davidii.Foex were studied.The results of the paper were summarized as follows:(1)Through the description and analysis of both shoots and mature leaves of V.davidii.Foex,the basic statistical results show that: in the observation of 30 types of botany properties(12 new tip botany character and 18 mature leaves of botany properties),the average coefficient variation was 15.08%.Among all the botany properties,the coefficient variation of hollow petiole angle was 40.10%,it was the largest.Coefficient variation of tender color,hair density between tip,surface colours on the young leaves,young foliage back hair density,new tip fuzzy density,posture of the shoot,new tip color,petiole,leaf area,leaf perimeter,N4-N4' length,N5 length were greater than average,which illustrated that these botany properties variability is strong.The correlation analysis of V.davidii.Foex botany properties between the quantitative traits of mature leaves and new tip was that petiole length and leaf area were mostly significantly correlated,parts of new tip botany traits were significantly related.(2)100 kinds of V.davidii.Foex were clusteringly analysed according to botany properties,and it was divided into nine categories.The first class includes 69 strains,the second class has four strains,the third class has two strains,the fourth class has four strains,the fifth class has three strains,the sixth class has 1 strain,the seventh class has 5 strains,the eighth class has four strains,the ninth class has 9 strains.(3)In mature leaves of 100 kinds of V.davidii.Foex,The total phenol content ranged from 41.95 mg/g to 325.27 mg/g,total flavonoids content ranged from 7.12 mg/g to 36.77 mg/g,total flavanol content rangd from 1.45 mg/g to 34.59 mg/g.The results of six kinds of antioxidant activity were determined respectively.In the mature leaves from 100 kinds of V.davidii.Foex,DPPH scavenging capacity was between 0.64 and 1.69 ?mol/g,Copper ionsreducing power was between 74.86 and 398.4?mol/g,Metal chelation capacity was between 0.21 percent and 51.13 percent,potassium ferricyanide resilience power was between 0.5413 and 2.2112,hydroxyl radical scavenging capacity was between 7.22 percent and 98.85 percent,Nitrite capacity was between 2.69 and 35.89%.Through selecting 20 kinds of V.davidii.Foex to determine its free phenol in mature leaf,15 kinds of free phenol in leaves were detected.(4)In the phenolic index and antioxidant activity index correlation analysis,it was concluded that phenolics were significantly correlated,DPPH scavenging capacity and copper ions reducing power wer significantly correlated.Total phenolic content,total flavonoid content and flavanol content were respectively significantly correlated whit both DPPH,Copper ions reducing power.Total flavonoids content and Nitrite capacity were significantly related.(5)In the clustering analysis of phenolic index and antioxidant activity indicators,100 strains V.davidii.Foex can be divided into 10 categories.The first class had 59 strains,the second class had nine strains,the third class had three strains,the fourth class had seven strains,the fifth class had three strains,the sixth class had 13 strains,the seventh class had 1 strain,the eighth class had 8 strains,the ninth class had 2 strains,the tenth class had 1 strain.(6)Three kinds of leaf tea from V.davidii.Foex named C1,C2 and C3,they were tasted obviously different,especially the appearance and color of the leaf tea.At the same time total phenolic content,total flavonoid content,flavanol content,total anthocyanins content in three leaf tea were significantly different,and C3 had relatively the highest level.C2 had 12 kinds of free phenol,and it was the most.There was little difference among C1,C2 and C3 in the indexes of total acid,p H and reducing sugar.Five kinds of mineral elements from tea of C3 was relatively the highest level,in which the content of Ca,Fe and Zn were higher than the content of Mn and Cu.The relative content of aromatic components of C3 was 85.59%,and it was highest.However,the number of aroma substance of C1 was 59,and it was the much more than C2 and C3.
