| Objective:To research the technology of preparation and establish the quality sta ndards of the tablets.Methods:(1)Determine the contents of the baicalin,hesperidi n and extraction rate of extractum as the index,select the top scutellaria baicalensi s georgi,Poria et.medical materials to sure the water extraction technology parame ter;water extraction technology parameter;(2)Research the moulding technology of yiqigubiao pills;(3)Qualitative test with thin-layer chromatography was performed on yiqigubiao pills,with all species of medical materials,use the method of HPLC t o measure the contents of baicalin and hesperidin,and make out the quality stan dard.Results:(1)The optimum water extraction proceduret is to reflux it with 12-fold water for 3 times 1.5 hour each time;(2)The best pills molding technological c onditions for:thick paste the relative density was(1.30-1.35)(60℃),powder finene ss was 100 mesh,thick paste and powder use ratio was 1:1,drying temperature w as 70℃;(3)To set up the qualitative differentiation with the method of TLC of Peri carpium citri reticulatae,Saposhnikovia divaricata(Turcz.)Schichk,scutellaria baicale nsi georgi.The contents of hesperidin and 4’-O-glucosy 1-5-0-methylvisam minol an d prim-o-glucosylcimifugin were understanded with HPLC,the method:mobilephase:a cetonitrile-0.1%H3PO4(17:83)and methanol-water(33:67),detectwavelength:283nm and 254nm.temperature:30℃C,flowrate:1.0mL/min.Conclusion:The extraction technology w as stable,simple and feasible.this study set up quality standard were was reliable and accurate,and can effectively control the quality of the preparations. |
