Pesticide original drug in addition to a small number of large volatile and solubility in water can be used directly,the vast majority must be processed into a variety of dosage forms can be used.EC,liquid,powder,wettable powders and granules five formulations have long been the subject of pesticide formulations.there are serious environmental problems for these traditional forms.EC uses a large number of organic solvents such as toluene,xylene,methanol,etc.,cause by the inhalation hazard to people,livestock,and pollution of the environment.When in the processing and use of WP,it can cause flying dust and environmental polIution.But also when mixed with the water and in the standing,it is easy to layered,causing the chemical phenomenon of uneven.With environment,safety requirements stringent requirements of today,these traditional forms of development will be restricted in favor of environmentally friendly new pesticide formulation.This article describes the micro-emulsion,water emulsions,water suspension,suspending oil which uses vegetable oil as a dispersion medium in the process.These formulations use almost no or little organic solvents,cause little environmental pollution and the low toxicity of the production and the user,which is conducive to ecological the improvement of the quality of the environment.Therefore falls within the green pesticide formulations.On the basis of the papers in the inspection of a large number of domestic and foreign literature,this paper explores the formation mechanism and the factors which affect the stability of the four green pesticide formulations.This paper Respectively describes in detail the development of 30%Tebuconazole and Propiconazole microemulsion?development of 12%Emamectin Benzoate and Methomy microemulsion?development of 5%Spirodiclofen Diester microemulsion?development of 20%Avermectin and Monosultap microemulsion;development of 30%Difenoconazole Water emulsion?development of 20%Carbosulfan water emulsion?'development of 20%Phoxim and Triazophos water emulsion;development of 10%Chlorfenapyr water suspension?development of 50%Tebuconazole water suspension%development of 10%Chlorantraniliprole and avermectin water suspension;development of 15%Chlorantraniliprole and Emamectin Benzoate oil suspension?development of 20%Flumorph oil suspension.Put forward the best recipes.
