SYP-7017(MethylN-methoxy-N-[2-[[(3,5,6-trichloropyridin-2-yl)oxy]methyl]ph enyl]earbamate)is a new strobilurin fungicide.Strobilurin fungicides behaving protectively,therapeutically and eradicatively,have unique mode of action with high and broad-spectrm activity and quick-degrade in plants.The progress of pesticides,fungicides,Strobilurin fungicides were summarized in this paper.A new synthesis route was designed and the current synthetic technology was opt:imized for developing a more convenient,economical,and environment friendly process to prepare SYP-7017.The optimum synthetic route is made from 2-methylnitrobenzene and make up of several steps includingreduction,acylation and methylation bromination and condensation.The traditional brominated agent NBS and Br2 was replaced by NaBr3/NaHSO3,and the yield,economic and environmental protection have improved considerably.The structure of SYP-7017 is listed as follows:(?)After finishing the synthetic technology of SYP-7017,the synthesis method and the relationship between the structure and the activity of the new chlorantraniliprole compounds is discussed.And the compounds were characterized by 1HNMR and elemental analysis.The bioactivity results showed that some compounds showed certain insecticidal and fungicidal activity.The structure of new chlorantraniliprole compounds is listed as follows:(?)...
