In this paper,solid-phase method and liquid-phase method was taken to discuss formation process of the inclusion carbon black pigment.The experiment research the kind of raw materials,performance,the ratio of each component,process flow,firing system and other factors on the inclusion carbon black pigment.various factors were found affected the rule of pigment coloration,obtained the higher blackness pigment samples and process conditions.The solid-phase method was taken to synthesize the inclusion carbon black pigmentin the first part.Types of zirconium source and silicon source,the type and amount of coloring agent,PVA treatment of carbon black,grinding time,firing system were mainly studiedfor effect of synthesis inclusion carbon black pigment performance.The results show that taking LiF as mineralizer,adopting ultrafine carbon black treated by PVA as a coloring agent,using the higher activity,the fineness of small homemade Zr(OH)4 and H2SiO3 synthesized zirconium silicate inclusioncarbon black pigment was betterunder the synthetic temperature is 1200? and holding time is 2h firing system.The liquid-phase method was taken to synthesize the inclusion carbon black pigment in the second part,concentration of zirconium oxychloride and sodium silicate solution,the type and amount of coloring agent,the type of precipitator,the molar ratio of SiO2 and ZrO2,type and amount of mineralizer,milling craftwork and grinding time,firing system were mainly studied for effect of synthesis inclusion carbon black pigment performance.Through the optimization of process parameters,the high blackness's inclunsion carbon black pigment was prepared:When concentration of zirconium oxychloride is 0.4mol/L,Concentration of sodium silicate is 0.3mol/L,the molar ratio of SiO2 and ZrO2 is 1.3,the quality of carbon black carbon in ink accounted for 8wt%of the total weight of other materials,the addition of LiF mineralizer was 7-8wt%,the calciningtemperature 1250? and the soaking time was 2h,The synthetic pigment's L*value was 30.89,the pigment was the darkest.after the amount of inclusion carbon black pigment was11wt%what was added in ceramic glaze calcined,The sample presented very high blackness.In the experiment laser particle size analyzer was used for sizing up the Zr and Si source which were taken in solid-phase process,XRD was applied to the determination of pigment composition,SEM and TEM was applied to the determination of pigment Morphology and structure,colorimeter was applied to test L*of pigment which characterized the pigment's blackness level.
