In this paper,a three layers composite ultrafiltration membrane contains titanium dioxide(TiO2)was prepared by electrostatic spinning technology.PET and hydrophilic PVA was used as the main membrane material in this experiment.Hydrophilic nano TiO2 was added in PVA by doping technology. Finally through the mixed solvent for processing, the high flux, high rejection ratio composite electrospinning ultrafiltration membrane with good antifouling property was made. The surface and cross-sectional morphologies with different amount of addition of TiO2 were observed by Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM).The result showed that,With the increase of TiO2 content in PVA film, the surface roughness increased slightly, mainly due to the aggregation caused by nano TiO2.Filtering the humic acid solution of 10 PPm by the dead end filtration system in order to calculated the membrane flux, rejection rate and the flux loss ratio. The data above can be used to characterize membrane property on filtration performance of humic acid and anti pollution performance. The results proved that the addition of TiO2 can effectively improve the membrane water flux, the rejection ratio and the flux loss ratio was also decreased. As we can say,the appropriate addition of nano TiO2 can effectively improve the antifouling property of the composite ultrafiltration membranes(PET/PVA).
