Liquid hydrocarbon storage tank is very important as a necessary component of petrochemical production,And liquid hydrocarbon storage tank is concentrated arrangement as a whole in petrochemical enterprises,the relative risk factors were concentrated,fire explosion accident spread to a wide range,great,serious economic loss.Combined with previous tank accidents,in order to plant new LPG tank farm as the research object.It analyze the domestic and foreign gas tank farm accident case,determine the LPG tank farm major accident type and analysis of LPG tank farm accident types,find out the influence the stable operation of LPG tank farm risk events,to establish three typical liquefied gas tank leakage,fire and explosion accident of the fault tree,32 risk factors,find out the LPG tank farm using the structure importance principle main risk factor was liquefied gas tank farm,determine the LPG tank farm need to realize the function of the SIS system.Evaluation of LPG tank farm use actually DOW chemical(DOW)fire explosion index evaluation method,calculate liquefied gas tank farm level of inherent risk.Using the prediction method of fire and explosion accident consequence,predict LPG tank farm,pool fire,jet fire BLEVE and VCE radius of five different types of accident casualties.Determine.the LPG tank farm SIL level.Detenine the LPG tank farm equipment level,SIS system validation SIF design and validation of SIL,by comparing the average risk failure rate and reliability,analysis to choose the appropriate safety instrument system.
