Taking the tobacco of Yunnan,Guizhou and Henan as test material in this experiment.By optimizing the multi-stage extraction process parameters,Studying on the extraction effects of main components in tobacco by multi-stage extraction process.The extraction products in the application research on the reconstituted tobacco.The main conclusions were as follows:1.In the single factor extraction test at the second stage.The solid-liquid ratio,temperature and time were optimized.Selecting 1:14 as the level of solid-liquid ratio,2.5h as the level of time,80?as the level of temperature at the end.The orthogonal test was carried out based on the single factor extraction test of the second stage.The time,temperature and solid-liquid ratio were studied by orthogonal optimization.2.In the third stage extraction,the time and solid-liquid ratio were optimized.Optimal extraction conditions were obtained as follows: extraction time 30 min,solid-liquid ratio 1:10.3.The tobacco leaves of Yunnan,Guizhou and Henan provinces were extracted with the optimized extraction technology.All the extraction rate were more than 57%,Extraction rate was much higher.4.The relative extraction rate of the conventional chemical components in the extracts of the three provinces' tobacco was analyzed.In the first grade extraction,there was no conventional chemical components.In the second stage,the main extracts were reducing sugar,nicotine and total sugar,and the extraction rate is higher.The main extract of the third grade extract is potassium.In the fourth stage,the main extracts were also potassium,but the extraction amount of the conventional chemical components was less.Multi stage extraction process had better effect on the extraction of conventional chemical components from three provinces' tobacco,especially the effect of reducing sugar,potassium,total sugar and nicotine.Reducing sugar,total sugar,nicotine were extracted mainly in the second and third grade extraction.Potassium,chlorine,total nitrogen is were extracted mainly in the three and four levels.5.The relative extraction rate of neutral aroma components in three provinces was analyzed,and the relative extraction rate of the total aroma substances in the three provinces were relatively large.The main aroma compounds in the second stage extraction was neophytadiene,and the relative extraction rate of the total aroma compounds were more than 65%.The main aroma components in the third grade extraction liquid were browning reaction products and degradation products of cembranoids,and the relative extraction rate of the total aroma compounds was more than 6%.In the fourth stage,the main aroma components were carotenoids degradation products,but the total amount of aroma substances extracted was very little,and the relative extraction rate was less than 7%.The results showed that the whole extraction effect of neutral aroma components in tobacco leaves was: Level second > Fourth > third > level one.6.The smoking quality of tobacco stems and tobacco slices after feeding was evaluated.Aroma quality,aftertaste,miscellaneous gas and irritating of tobacco stems adding secondary extraction liquid were the best,amount of aroma and soft fineness of tobacco stems adding the second level and third level extraction liquid were the best,concentration and momentum of tobacco stems adding the third extraction liquid were the best;Aroma quality,amount of aroma,soft fineness,miscellaneous gas of tobacco slices adding secondary extraction liquid were the best.The concentration of s of tobacco stems adding the second level and third level extraction liquid were the best.Aftertaste,irritation and momentum of tobacco stems adding secondary extraction liquid were the best.The second grade extract liquid has better effect on the aroma quality,amount of aroma,soft fineness and miscellaneous gas of tobacco stems and paper-process reconstituted tobacco.The third stage extraction could improve smoking concentration and momentum of tobacco stems and paper-process reconstituted tobacco.7.Compared with the thin slices feeding the traditional extract samples.The thin slice feeding the multi stage extraction sample had better aroma quality,aroma quantity,softness,aftertaste,miscellaneous gas and irritation.Multi stage extraction sample was beneficial to improve the sensory quality of thin slices.
