Research About Mining,Driving And Transporting Equipments CAD Integration Design System

Mining,driving and transporting equipments,including shearer,scraper conveyor,hoister,and roadheader,are the key equipments to achieve the large-scale comprehensive coal mining,improve the equipments research and development speed,directly affect the efficiency of coal mine production and economic benefits.Based on the dynamic analysis about research integration of CAD design system at home and abroad,discusses the research progress of integrated design CAD system of mining,driving and transporting equipments,and puts forward the research contents in this paper.Using UG,set up parametric models of the shearer,scraper conveyor,hoister,roadheader.Make use of the related secondary development tools,set up the parameterized CAD system to achieve the parametric modeling of the parts of mining,driving and transporting equipments,increasing the speed of generation and modify the parts.Through COM technology,ASP network technology,as well as IIS complete the online CAD integrated system design.Users access the server via a browser,input parameters and submit a request through the IIS passed to the server,the server call COM components and components of UG software,complete the parameterized modeling,and the resulting model is returned to the client,the user can save the parametric models,achieve remote parameterized modeling of the mining,driving and transporting equipment parts,to further improve the design efficiency.In order to make mining,driving and transport equipment CAD system more comprehensive,establish a parts library,including the DWG drawings browsing and querying.Using ActiveX,implemented the DWG files zoom,rotate,print,download,etc,on the website,make designers can quickly grasp the structure and surface precision of parts.Parts library can make the parametric models quickly put into production,shorten the production cycle.Mining,driving and transporting equipment CAD integrated design system was designed in this paper,can provide CAD resources for coal equipment manufacturing enterprise,in order to improve data query and improve the design efficiency.
