This article will first mix the linear low density polyethylene(LLDPE)and dicumyl peroxide(DCP)initiator,silane crosslinking agent and two lauric acid tin catalyst masterbatch according to the formula,and then the hybrid material directly join the extruder melt grafting.Respectively investigates the extruder paragraphs temperature,screw speed,water bath temperature and water bath time effect on the properties of LLDPE.The results show that when the temperature of the extruder paragraphs is 160?,190?,200?,240?,the screw rotation speed of 30rpm,water bath temperature is 90?,the crosslinking water bath for 4 hours will comprehensive performance is more ideal.Studied the influence of dosage of initiator,silane and catalyst masterbatch to crosslinked heat extension,gel content and tensile properties,determined the best formula is LLDPE 100phr,silane A171 1.2 phr,the initiator DCP 0.08phr,catalyst masterbatch 6phr.Discussed the accepting the united behavior of the silane grafted polyethylene material,found that resistance to accepting the agent HSt can effectively prevent the occurrence of grafted products accepting the coupling phenomenon,and that the HSt amount was 1.0 phr effect is better.Choose the agent of the stearic acid and zinc oxide as a composite,directly made silane crosslinked polyethylene,and studied the dosage of the compound produced water effect on the properties of crosslinked material,determine the compound agent dosage was 2.0 phr.The specimens surface appearance were observed using scanning electron microscopy(SEM),found without producing water of extrudate surface smooth level off,Joining of water-based extrudate surface is rough,and there are tiny crack.Using Fourier infrared spectrum study found that the wave number is 1090cm-1?1140cm-1 and 1100cm'1 had characteristic absorption peaks of the silane,appeared in the 1070cm-1 Si-O-Si stretching vibration peak,appeared in the 1100cm-1 the characteristics broad peak of the Si-O-Si.Differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)test showed that the melt grafting of LLDPE melt peak moved forward,melting limits width;After crosslinking melting peak to continue forward and melting limit becomes wider.
