| With the development of iron and steel industry,the automation level of sintering production continues to improve,and the research and application of mathematical model of sintering ore blending is widely concerned.How to use the resources reasonably,optimize the ingredients,improve the quality of sinter and reduce the cost of pig iron,which have great strategic significance for the sustainab le development of the blast furnace ironmaking.The overall structure of the software is built up by studying the influence factors and technological process of the sinter.It consists of the system database,the prediction model of the sintering basic characteristics and the prediction model of the sinter quality,calculation model and optimal matching model.The system database is established based on the sintering test data,which is composed of raw material properties database and sintering performance database.The prediction model of sintering basic characteristics,the prediction model of sinter quality and the model of optimal matching are established taking neural network technology as the core.The sintering basic characteristics and the quality of the sinter are predicted through the chemical composition of mixed ore,and the prediction accuracy of the model is higher than 83%;the calculation model is established using the linear programming method,which can calculate the economic distribution plan quickly and accurately;The software of the expert system for sintering ore blending is established through C++ Visual 2010 and Matlab 2008,the function of the software is complete and the operation is convenient.The effect of proportion of limonite on sintering basic characteristics of mixed ore and sinter quality is studied by the expert system.The basic sintering characteristics of mixed ore and sinter quality is predicted according to ratio of iron ore powder of Handan Iron & Steel Co.Ltd,the suitable ratio of iron ore powder are obtained. |
