Sinter is one of the main raw materials for blast furnace,the proportion is 70%-80%of furnace generally.Characteristics of real sinter quality,such as physicalstrength,powder rate control and ore granule composition,will affect the blast furnace directly.In the sintering process,fuel ratio has great influence on sinter quality.Especially,the change that fuel ratio of the atmosphere properties,temperature level in the sintering process affect the sinter mineral composition and physical strength directly.In the traditional production process of sinter,control the quality of fuel blending mode that is raw materials is calcutated mainly according to the weight composition analysis to control fuel ratio,the production experience as the criterion has the defects of poor accuracy,adjustment lag error,wave interference by the human factors,and the instability of production process,etc.The beginning of the twenty-first Century,with the demanding of precision control of management,the sinter quality control has deployment by hybrid material of carbon,is the main raw material components that are calculated to control the fuel ratio.The model with production df refined experience as knowledge base and automatic adjustment control systemhas presented,which shows the characteristics of expert system.Based on the analysis of the process of sintering,a set of node ore quality expert system is designed and implemented.We have got the following progress:(1)Realized the tracking to the dynamic batch raw material silo,automatic batchs and components currently used positioning by using the import water mathematical model and first in first out(FIFO)algorithm.(2)Controled the sintering process,the relevant data and information,periodic dynamic of carbon operation,real-time derivation of optimal fuel ratio.(3)Realized the factory level in Microsoft.NET software development platform,real-time database(InSQL Server),PLC control system for data exchange,and explored the combination application of informationization and industrialization.(4)Established the rule base mixture containing carbon target adjustment,implementation strategy to automatically adjust the mixture containing carbon target control automatic association based on the correlation of sinter production,technology practice about more than ten years.Node-ore quality expert system described in this thesis on-line operation,solve the operation caused by artificial experience judgment is not accurate,adjustments are not timely,carbon stable rates are difference;to avoid the influence of artificial individual difference,improve the stability of the sintering production process;to reach the requirement of precise control of management,improve the the quality of sinter,the relevant indexes have been improved,to create the conditions for the blast furnace.The design and realization of the system,has the good demonstration effect on the domestic industrial and mining enterprises in-depth application field data,information and industrialization integration.
