To improve the utilization rate of biomass resources, develop a new type of fruit and vegetable preservative that having low toxicity and harmless and study if the chlorine dioxide had synergistic effect on the fruit and vegetable immersed with bio-liquid,the bioreactor was used as the main experimental material and the inhibition mechanism of bio-liquid on the Melon anthracnose and the effect of bio-liquid combined with chlorine dioxide gas on the preservation of melon were studied. The results showed that the EC50 of the bio-liquid on the Melon anthracnose was 55 times and the EC70 was 42 times. The inhibition rate of 75mg chlorine dioxide gas to the Melon anthracnose was 68.41%,and that of 150mg chlorine dioxide gas to the Melon anthracnose was 100%.The preservation of melon experimentswere conducted under the bio-liquid diluted of 55 times,42 times mixed chlorine dioxide gas with 75mg,150mg as treatment group, and the the bio-liquid of 55 times,42 times as a control group. The results showed that compared with the control and blank group, the treatment group could delay the content decrease of the peel and pulp's hardness, soluble solids, titratable acid,Vc,phenolic substances of the melon respectively, and reduce the respiration intensity, hydrogen peroxide content, soluble pectin content, polyphenol oxidase activity, galacturonase activity effectively.Besides,it could also increase the content of total sugar and peroxidase activity. In summary,Therefore, the combination of bio-liquid and chlorine dioxide gas had synergistic effect on the preservation of melon, and the treatment group of pyrolysis diluted 42 times with 150mg chlorine dioxide gas had better preservation effect than the other treatment group.
