The RV reducer is a kind of cycloidal gear planetary reducer with few teeth difference.It is a kind of transmission mechanism which is based on the development of the needle swing drive.It has many advantages such as small volume,high rigidity,large transmission range,strong bearing capacity,light weight and so on.Now it is widely used in industrial robots,high-precision machine tools,aviation and military radar and other fields.But the research and development of RV reducer is not ideal in China.Now we cannot be independent of the mass production of RV reducer and there are still no effective solutions to the problems of RV reducer,such as transmission precision control,service life,vibration and so on.Therefore,these problems have become the main object of domestic research.However,there are no people to do research on the selection and assembly of RV reducer.The research on the assembly selection of RV reducer can effectively reduce the residual assembly parts,so it is very important to control the cost of production.At the same time,computer aided selection can effectively control assembly accuracy in a certain range,and greatly improve production efficiency,Therefore,the research on the selection of RV reducer has become the main content of this paper.The assembly process of mechanical components,as the final link of product production,occupies more production manpower,cost and resources in the production link of the whole mechanical products,It's not only occupy a larger workload,but also be the important link of controlling production cost in production.Therefore,the improvement and development of assembly technology will greatly improve the quality of mechanical products,and can save resources and reduce costs.The traditional assembly methods cannot solve the practical problems of the complex assembly parts,the solution of this problem requires the use of new methods and new techniques.The selection assembly of parts of RV reducer is a complex matching problem,heuristic genetic algorithm can solve this kind of complex optimization problem,it can not only meet the requirements of assembly accuracy,but also reduce the production efficiency and reduce the production cost of RV reducer.For the selection of RV reducer,because of its complex assembly structure,the number of parts is large,and the size of the selected parts to be chosen is relatively large.Therefore,the general selection method will not be applicable to the problem of combinatorial optimization.But the genetic algorithm has higher search ability for solving this kind of complicated combinatorial optimization problem,it can receive a good effect,so genetic algorithm(GA)is used to solve the problem of selection assembly of the complicated components of RV reducer.This paper first analyzes the transmission structure and transmission principle of RV reducer,and the assembly conditions of parts,the assembly dimension chain of RV reducer is analyzed,and the dimension chain of the first and second stage reducer is extracted.Secondly,the conplex assembly matching problem is been described,and the influence factors and the error distribution of the transmission error of the 'RV reducer is been analyzed in this paper.The objective function and the constraint condition of the mathematical model of the RV reducer are established,the optimization model of the parts of RV reducer is established.Then genetic algorithm is selected as the optimization method.The algorithm is designed,the algorithm flow is described in detail,and the key algorithm is given.At last,the selection assembly of the second main parts of the RV-40E reducer is taken as an example,the feasibility of using genetic algorithm to solve the problem of RV reducer selection and the final matching optimization effect is verified.
