It is well known that the cars have been an essential part of ours daily life,the automobile lamp as an important part of the automobile plays a significant role to affect on the safe driving.So,improving the stability of automobile lamps is an important topic in the lighting industry and even in the automotive industry.According to Wien's displacement law,the photosynthetic efficiency in proportion to their temperature.Compared with the traditional tungsten wire of the incandescent lamp and fluorescent lamp,the tungsten wire used for automobile lamp requires tungsten wire not only have the excellent high temperature performance,but also have the good seismic performances.With the increasingly working temperature and life,the high temperature strength and wire-wrapped processing property of the tungsten wire has been required with a higher level.But it is obviously that the high temperature performance and the wire-wrapped processing property are regarded as two inter-constraint measures,to pursuit the high temperature performance will definitely bring the decline of the wire-wrapped processing property,and vice versa.To improve the comprehensive properties is the most practical way for the using of the tungsten filament.Based on the tungsten production research results of the Xiamen Honglu Tungsten Molybdenum Industry Co.,using the production line equipment of the Xiamen Honglu tungsten molybdenum industry company's,the affecting factors(such as the particle size and chemical composition of the tungsten powder,and the melting process,etc.)which will affect the properties of doped tungsten wires had been studied.A series of the optimized technical parameters are given for the optimizing organizational structure,excellent comprehensive properties,long service life and high color temperature to meet requirements of the tungsten filament.The results indicated that with about 0.24%?0.27%of K2O and 0.040%?0.070%of Al2O3 doping content were mixed in the blue tungsten oxide powders,using the blending ratio of 1:2:1 for the coarse,medium and fine powder,the tungsten filament with excellent comprehensive properties can be obtained after the vertical sintering process at about 2500?2700 ?.
