This topic researched the influence of the insulation material thickness and inner surface covered with aluminum foil on the insulation performance of the insulation box,aim to develop a kind of thermal insulation packaging which is the most suitable for chocolate products,and in order to prolong the holding time of chocolate products.At the same time,also studied insulation performance of insulation box in different external environment and different quality of coolant,and set up the relation model among the holding time,the quality of coolant and the ambient temperature,so it can provide reference for the practical application.In order to study the influence of insulation material thickness on insulation performance of insulation box which surface is not covered with aluminum foil and insulation box which inner surface is covered with aluminum foil,through access to information,using the density of 19kg/m3 EPS as insulation material,and these two types of insulation box were made five different thickness boxes respectively.Through single factor experiment,studied the influence of the thickness of insulation material on the thermal insulation properties of the two types of insulation box.The average temperature rising speed of 1.5cmEPS insulation box,2cmEPS insulation box,3cmEPS insulation box,4cmEPS insulation box and 5cmEPS insulation box are 0.7317?/h?0.6675?/h?0.6266?/h?0.5420?/h and 0.4795?/h respectively.And the average temperature rising speed of 1.5cmEPS insulation box which inner surface is covered with aluminum foil,2cmEPS insulation box which inner surface is covered with aluminum foil,3cmEPS insulation box which inner surface is covered with aluminum foil,4cmEPS insulation box which inner surface is covered with aluminum foil and 5cmEPS insulation box which inner surface is covered with aluminum foil are 0.5718?/h?0.5553?/h?0.5330?/h?0.5014?/h and 0.4422?/h respectively.The results show that the thermal insulation properties of insulation box gradually strengthened with the increase of insulation material thickness.On the whole,when the thickness of the insulation material is greater than 3cm,the thickness of the insulation material has great influence on the thermal insulation performance of the insulation box.In order to study the influence of inner surface covered with aluminum foil on insulation performance of insulation box,through the analysis of the experimental data of five kinds of insulation box which surface is not covered with aluminum foil and five kinds of insulation box which inner surface is covered with aluminum foil,inner surface covered with aluminum foil can improve the insulation performance of the insulation box.With the insulation material thickness increases,the ability to improve the insulation performance of insulation box is reduced.Then studied the impact of the mass ratio of the coolant and chocolate products on insulation performance of 4cm insulation box which inner surface is covered with aluminum foil under the outside condition of temperature and humidity for 30?/85%RH,includes six kinds of mass ratio.The results show that with the increase of the mass ratio,the holding time of each test point is increased,when the mass ratio is 0.446:1,the holding time of each test point inside the box reached 12h,and when the mass ratio is 0.893:1,the holding time of each test point inside the box reached 24h.Under three temperature and humidity conditions of 30?/85%RH,23?/50%RH and 40?/90%RH,test experiment of thermal insulation performance of the insulation box with different mass ratio were carried out.Set up relation model and surface equation about the holding time,the mass ratio of coolant and chocolate products,and chosen three different temperature and mass ratio to make verification.Through the analysis of the results,the surface equation has a certain validity.
