| At present, thermal power generation is the main body of power generation in the domestic electricity industry. The pollutants in the smoke emitted by coal-fired power plants based on thermal power generation, which are species diversity and high quantitative value, have caused serious harm to the air environment that people live in.Asaresult, how to control and reduce the concentration of pollutants in the flue gas and reduce the emissions of flue gas had been becoming amajor problem in the thermal power generation industry. Therefore, reforming the manufacturing technique or updating production equipment would be the major method to control the discharge of pollutants in flue gas and to achieve emission reduction by coal-fired power plants.Taking a coal-fired power plant as an example, reaching the nation standard requirements of pollutant discharge by technical reforming to 2×600MW direct air-cooling machine and supercritical condensing coal-fired generating sets. The process is as follows:1.Dissecting pollution episodes and reasonsbased on the investigation and analysis of present electric precipitator and desulphurization device from instance power plant.2.Using high-frequency power supply instead of power frequency power supply in electrostatic precipitator based on original flue gas treatment equipment and technology. Then installing the dedusting process in the turbulent layer and dedusting tower, and install a new catalyst layer in the reservation position of SCR denitrification process.3.During the technical transformation of the power plant, the on-line monitoring data is used to monitor the operation of the unit,to reflect the process transformation effect of pollutant treatment facilities in real time,to grasp the operation status of the equipment in time and to evaluate the potential for further transformation at any time. Finally, using online data monitoring tocompare and to analyze the pollutant concentration by instance coal-fired power plants before and after technical reforming, whether the reforming conduction achieve the national standards for ultra-low emissions goals.4.The results show that through the technical transformation of the coal-fired power plant, the average emission concentration of sulfur dioxide、nitrogen oxides、dust respectively are 14.56mg/m3、42.12mg/m3 and 2.41 mg/m3.The emission concentrations of all pollutants in the flue gas have reached the national standard requirements. |
