Study On The Airport Bird Strike Risk Associated Flight Procedure

In recent years,the bird strike hit the top of all kinds of civil aviation airport unsafe events in our country,has become a troubled airport Operation security problems.The study of bird strike risk is important for quantitative evaluation of airport bird strike risk,optimization of airport bird strike prevention measures,and reduction of bird strike events.In the study of bird strike risk,the associated airport flight procedure is still blank in china.Because the aircraft flight along a prescribed path(Flight Procedures)near the airport and its airspace,so the study of bird strike risk considering flight program will greatly increase the pertinence and more close to the nature of the problem.First of all,the author analyzed the occurrence of bird strike events in China's civil aviation in the past five years(2011-2015)by using SQL language and mathematical statistics tools,and determined the main influencing factors.Secondly,according to the airport departure and approach flight procedures,analysis the typical flight path of aircraft departure and approach airport(including the track and height)based on aircraft flight performance.Then,according to the characteristics of the bird strike problem,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was selected to evaluate the risk of bird strike,and the evaluation index system was constructed,by the Delphi method and double DAHP method to determine the weight of each index.According to the different flight characteristics of the aircraft inside and outside the confinement,the evaluation area is divided into the intra-bound area,the corresponding area of the departure program,the corresponding area of the approach program and other areas.The risk assessment model and Regional risk level calculation method of bird strike are established respectively.Finally,according to the case airport and its ecological environment and bird survey data,combined with its flight procedure,the above model is used to evaluate the risk of airport bird strike and regional risk level in each region,and the applicability of the method was proved by compared with the general comprehensive risk value method.
