Benzopyran is a kind of oxygen-containing six-member heterocyclic compound.The chromene ring is the basic framework of benzopyran derivatives.These compounds have been discovered in many natural products.They have been reported to possess multiple biological effects,such as anticoagulant,anti-cancer and so on.In addition,these benzopyran derivatives present luminescence at the visible light range,which could probably be attributed to the two rigid ring structures.The strong emission intensity makes these benzopyran derivatives potentially applicable in fluorescent probes,fluorescent whitening agent,fluorochrome,and other functional materials.In this article,14 benzopyran derivatives were synthesized from five common aromatic aldehydes and acetyl acetone or ethyl acetoacetate in different solvents with alkaline as catalyst,and characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum and elemental analysis.This reaction provides a fast and facile method for the synthesis of substituted benzopyrans.Pyrazole is key structural units found in all kind of biologically active molecules.The substituted pyrazole derivatives have been reported with various biological activities using as pharmaceuticals and pesticides.The pyrazole derivatives were also used as new materials,fine chemicals such as dyes,plastics and so on.Pyrazole compounds with two adjacent nitrogen atoms can form a high catalytic activity and strong biologically active metal complexes.It is of great significance to synthesize pyrazole compounds for high efficiency antimicrobial,antitumor drug.In this paper,32 N-acylation of pyrazole derivatives have been synthesized from the new synthesized benzopyran derivatives and different hydrazides in weak acid condition,which provides a novel design route for the synthesis of N-acylation pyrazole derivatives.The synthesis method was characterized by mild reaction conditions,simple operation less by-products,and high yield.Moreover,we preliminarily detect the fluorescence of benzopyran and pyrazole derivatives,test the properties of these compounds being as metal ions probes.The luminescence properties of these synthesized benzopyran and pyrazole derivatives and their metal complexes have been researched at ambient.The results show that these compounds exhibited strong fluorescence emission spectrum and expected to be fluorescent probes,dyes,coatings,optoelectronics materials.
