For enterprises,patent management covers a series of work,including patent development,patent protection,patent operations,etc.As the core of the modern enterprise patent technology assets and the most valuable part,on one hand reflects a level of enterprise technology innovation and technological competitiveness,on the other hand,the quantity and quality of enterprise patents is an important sign of its technical strength and development level,reflects the scale and level of enterprise innovation.At the same time,the implementation of the patent on behalf of the company's ability to industrialization and the ability to contribute to the development of a country's economic growth,etc.At present,our company has the following problems in patent management,such as intellectual property management and protection consciousness,the paten t management system is not perfect,the lack of the patent management system,the lack of professional departments and staff,lack of incentive mechanism to m obilize the enthusiasm of the inventor innovation effectively,declare the purpose is not clear,the patent innovation degree is not enough many problems.In view of the status quo and existing problems of the patent management in the company,this paper compares and analyzes the current situation and the management mode of the patent management at home and abroad as well as in the tobacco industry,and proposes the improvement measures and countermeasure s of the patent management of the company,including the construction of the co rresponding intellectual property management methods and strategies,The establis hment of the company's internal patent management department,continuous impro vement of assessment incentives,and gradually develop and introduce high-level intellectual property personnel,the establishment of patent evaluation system,and the establishment of innovative patent project reporting process,the practical appl ication.By applying the new patent filing management process,the number of p atent filings,authorization rates,conversions and utilization rates has been effecti vely raised,and the number of patent applications has been increasing year by y ear.At the same time,the patent management of the Company entered a healthy development.The development of employees' patents and awareness of protectio n were strengthened.The Company's reward and incentive mechanism was gradu ally improved.The contingent of talents cultivation was gradually strengthened.T he technological innovation of the Company was greatly enhanced and the comp etitiveness of the Company was gradually enhanced.
