In recent years,the production and management of coal mining enterprises is difficult,the employee income suffers overall decline,arrears "Five social insurance and one housing fund",no pay,delay in pay and late pay becomes the norm,diversion of technical backbone to speed up,with many coal mines to implement the closure of strong exit,restructuring and consolidation initiatives to ensure survival.Today,coal resources around the long-term in the yellow and yellow intermittent state,a coal industry safety development,healthy development and sustainable development bottleneck.High-quality and high-quality core talent frequent loss,to the enterprise is a fatal blow,H company is facing this situation.In this paper,the core staff of the loss of coal mine H Company as an example,outlined the status of the enterprise,market trends and incentives.Through the analysis of the historical loss of core employees,and then through the use of literature analysis,interview and questionnaire survey,from the H company's own internal reasons and external environmental impact analysis of the company's core staff loss main reasons:pay and benefits structure model,Training and career planning of non-customization,work pressure high incidence of occupational burnout.Based on the characteristics of coal industry and the characteristics of H Company,this paper further designed the principle of solving the problem of employee turnover problem.On this basis,it puts forward that the core staff "combination boxing",that is,the cause of the soul,the provision of entrepreneurial opportunities;To maintain the potential of the core staff,in order to weaken the core staff by the frequent,in order to weaken the core staff,The risk of loss,to protect the sustainable development of enterprises.
