Sudden Accident Air Environment Risk Study On Inner Mongolia Autonomous Major Coal Chemical Industry

Recently, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region quick economic growth is impelling the rapid development of its coal chemical industry. As the same time to make great construction to the Region economic, the coal chemical industry will increase the air environment risk seriously. Consequently, Environmental emergency accidents will occur frequently which can result in disaster to ecological, population and building of surrounding area. After serious influence and loss caused by a series of severe environmental emergency accidents, the government emphasized the problem extremely. However, starting of environmental risk study in China is later than foreign countries, the theory is immature and related experience is deficiency, all of which give inconvenience to environmental management.Therefore, some vital coal chemical industries are chosen to study first via analyzing and summarizing the industry chain; collecting process parameters and physicochemical and toxicological property of hazardous materials; calculating harm range of the hazardous materials dispersion under the condition of related technical requirements; at last, giving proposals for project location, layout and air environmental risk preventive measure.
