Development And Properties Analysis Of Glass Fiber Wet-laid Wallpaper

The glass fiber is used to develop wallpaper base by wet-laid nonwoven technology in this topic,and the dyeing was experiment.Finally developed in line Wallpaper Standard glass fiber wet nonwoven wallpaper.There were four stage in this topic:first,the process of producing glass fiber wet-laid was researched;In the second stage,the dispensability of glass fiber was explored and the orthogonal experiment was design to determine the best suspension ratio;The third stage was preparation and performance test of glass fiber wet-laid wallpaper;The fourth stage was improve the performance of the glass fiber wet-laid felt,that is,the wet-laid wallpaper of the glass fiber coating process;The fifth stage is the production of glass fiber wet-laid wallpaper for dyeing testing.In these five stages,the glass fiber wet-laid wallpapers were produced,and the relative conclusions were as follows:(1)Glass fiber wet-laid wallpaper is successfully developed by glass fiber,the reasonable process is:fiber?preparation of fiber suspension?wet-laid?oven drying?coating?dyeing.(2)The primary factors affecting the dispersion of glass fiber are concentration of the dispersing agent,the concentration of the thickener,the acid-base properties of the fiber suspension.through the design of orthogonal experiment,the optimum proportion of the suspension was obtained: the concentration of the concentration of the thickener was 0.4%,the pH of the glass fiber suspension was 5.(3)Using glass fiber as raw material,using wet-laid technology development the base cloth of the wet-laid wallpaper,the glass fiber wet-laid properties are tested and analyzed,including weight per square meter,thickness,permeability,non-flame properties can meet the requirement of the use of wallpaper,but tensile strength,frictional resistance,dyeing have much room for improvement.(4)Coating treatment of glass fiber wet-laid wallpaper.In order to improve the strength and frictional resistance,Improve dyeing performance,the waterborne polyurethane as the coating agent,the dipping time,drying temperature and concentration of coating solution had effect on the coating.the optimum coating process was concentration of the coating agent was 45%,the dipping time was 30 s,and the dryingtemperature was 90.the strength,frictional resistance and dyeing property of the wet-laid wallpaper of the glass fiber after coating are remarkably improved.(5)Selected acid dyes and reactive dyes on the glass fiber wet-laid wallpaper of coating,dyeing properties of after coating glass fiber wet-laid has been greatly improved.Excellent performance of wet-laid wallpapers was preparation through the experimental process.There is 17 figures,32 tables and 76 reference in this paper...
